Youth Scouts

To find youth players you will need to hire as many talent scouts as youthful want to promote to the week. There is not a maximum number as limit. The youthful will appear in your page of youthful directly in each weekly updating.

The age of the youthful found will patrol among the 15-18 years. The quality and the potential of the youth player found will depend on the level of professionalism of the talent scout that brought it, for which to find a good youth player money will cost you more since the talent scouts with a level of high professionalism have a higher weekly salary.

You have to indicate to each scout what type of player you are looking for.:

Everyone
Goalkeeper
Defender
Inner midfielder
Attacking Midfielder
Winger
Forward

If it is specified that type of player to seek the talent scout will be stricter with the abilities implied for the type of player, but perhaps he lose sight of to some talented boy by be not of the type that seeks.

Differences between youth and professional players

The youth players cannot play in official matches until they become a professional player.
The youth players do not have a contract, so you do not have to pay them.
The youth players cannot be put on file for other teams until they are 18 years old.

Youth training

The youth players train in the same way as professional players.

Promote youth

When you promote a youth he will turn into a professional player and will appear into the page of professional players.

Only you can promote the juvenile one if he has more than 16 years. If you do not promote the juvenile one before expiring the 19 years this one will disappear of the club.

To promote a youth player you should offer him a contract. You should indicate the weekly salary to pay him, the cancellation clause and the number of seasons. The youth player will accept any offering of contracting, but is not convenient to offer him for example a low wage to a good player since in the future probably receive better offerings of other teams and you will run more risk to lose it.

The youth player accept the contracting in each daily updating. If the youth player that you want to promote is 17 years old will only be able to accept your offering since with that age not yet can be put on file for other teams, but if is 18 years old will accept the best offering of contracting among yours and that of the remainder of teams if there are them. It is for this convenient to promote your youth player before the 18 years and to avoid that other teams put on file them.

Buy / Sell youth

The only way to sign youth players is bidding, it is not possible to auction youth.
You can only sign youth players who are 18 years old.
When a youth player signs a contract, he becomes a professional player.
