Skills
The player have 3 types of abilities.
Game skills
- Defending: Ability to stop rival attacks by preventing rival players from receiving passes. Defenders should be good at this skill.
- Tackling: Ability to take the ball from a player who has the ball. The defenders tend to be very good at this skill!
- Set pieces: Ability to take set pieces and penalties.
- Creativity: Playmaking skill.
- Passing: Ability to pass the ball to your teammates.
- Keeper: Ability of the goalkeepers to stop shots.
- Scoring: Ability to finish and score goals.
- Disassociation: Ability of the player to unmark so they can recieve passes.
- Dribbling: Ability to get away from your rival without losing the ball.
- Control: Ability to control the ball.
Physical skills
- Energy: Tired players won't play as well as rested players. Players get tired playing matches and the speed they do depends on their stamina. Players with better stamina will get tired more slowly. Players recover stamina the days they don't play. If they don't train, they will recover faster.
- Potential: The potential indicates the capacity of improvement of the players. The players with better potential will rise faster its levels of abilities to receive training.
- Stamina: The resistance of one player will determinate his stamina.
- Speed: The fastest players will benefit in fast plays if the other players are slow.
- Leg The players can be left-footed, right-footed or both-footed. Players will have lower performances if they play in the opposite side of the field according to their leg ability.
Mental skills
- Morale: The morale of a player will cause yield him a little more or a little less in the games. If a player plays a very tired game being he will descend him the morale and if he is not tired will rise him the morale. If a player rests without playing in a very tired game being will rise him the morale and if is not tired the morale will descend him by play not.
- Experience: The experience of a player will give good results a bit more in the games. The experience is gained minute to minute in every game played.
- Character: The character of a player toward the referee can be very important. A stupid player will receive more cautions than a charismatic one.
- Aggressiveness: The players are more aggressive and it causes more fouls and makes their rivals get injured.
Technical data
The professional players have a contract where you can see their conditions.
File Card's info
- Contract duration:
Indicates the number of seasons remaining for the player to still be at the club. Players who have 1 season remaining at the end of the season, will automatically have their contracts renewed for 1 season(unless they are retiring). The players prefer a long contract. The maximum length of a contract is 5 seasons.
- Termination Clause: It is the price that should pay a team to another team if desires to put on file a player without its agreement. They said otherwise: is the price by the liberty of the player to be gone to another team. The players prefer a low clause.
- Wage: The wage that the owner team has to pay every week. The players prefer a higher wage.
- Transfer fee to: Appears in players who are loaned. Reports of that team is playing the player. In personal data appears the team owner of the player.
- Duration of transfer fee: It appears in the players that are yielded. It indicates as many seasons they remain him for being yielded in the team including the current one. When it finalize the duration the player will go of the team yielded and he will return to his proprietary team.
Renewal to the file card
At any moment the managers can suggest a new contract to players changing the conditions of the players contract. For it the manager should go to the players page andenter the new details of the contract that they want, to their player.
A player will accept or reject a new contract based on the current conditions of their contract, and the changes suggested. The professionalism of the sports director of the team can influence the player so that they require less in their conditions. Also if the player is in the last year of their contract, perhaps they will be less demandin by seeing a danger his future.
The players listen the pending offerings in each daily updating. It is just then when the manager will know if the player accepted the offering and when their slip in case to accept it will be brought up to date.
Transfers
- Auctions: When a player is signed by means of an auction, this will keep the same file card with his last team owner.
- Offers: When a player is signed by a manager through an offer, the player will have the details that were indicated in the offer of transfer.
Transfers
- The wage of a loaned player it is payed by his owner not for the team where is loaned to.
- Upon completion of the duration of the contract the player will return to the team owner.
Best performance and last performance
For each player, the performance, in terms of stars for their latest match is shown. In the page of every player it shows the players best 3 positions in which he has obtained the most amount of stars.
Withdrawal of the greatest players
Players can decide to retire from 33 years of age. The choice of a player to retire is random, but with a player older than another, it will become more likely he decides to leave.
When a player decides to withdraw, they shall notify the manager, who is the owner of the team, and the player will retire at the end of the season in which they have decided to retire.
By the side of the players who have thought about retiring, will be a mark with the  icon in his portfolio, so that anyone can see that they are retiring in the coming season.
