Training

The players can be trained to improve his skills in the game and his physical skills.

Each day of the week there is training and the manager decides for each day that players will coach and what players will rest. The players that a day do not coach will recover better in their exhaustion accumulated.

Every player can receive a different type of training each day, and one day each player can receive a different type of training.

Training types

There are 15 types of training to choose.
  • Not Training: The player did not train
  • Attack: Improves scoring, disassociation and dribble ability.
  • Stamina: Improves their resistance skill.
  • Control: Improves their control skill.
  • Creativity: Improves their creativity skill.
  • Defender: Improves defending and tackling skills.
  • Disassociation: Improves their disassociation skill.
  • Tackling: Improves their tackling skill.
  • Playmaking: Improves creativity and passing skills.
  • Defending: Improves their defending skill.
  • Keeper: Improves their keeper skill.
  • Passing: improves their passing ability.
  • Dribbling: Improves their dribble skill.
  • Scoring: Improves their scoring skill.
  • Set pieces: Improves their Set pieces skill.
  • Speed: Improves player's speed.
The speed in which skills rise is also different depending on which skills are being trained.

Coaches

You can hire 3 types of coach:
  • Main and assistant coaches: They can coach attack, control, creativity, defending, disassociation, tackling, playmaking, coverage, passing, dribble, shooting or set pieces.
  • Goalkeepers trainers: They can train GK.
  • Physical Trainer: They can train `stamina´ or `speed´.



Speed of skills rise

The speed in which skills rise depends on different factors.:
  • Training intensity: With a high intensity the abilities will grow quicker but the energy recovery will be lower.
  • Coaches professionalism: The good coaches will do that the training be more efficient than the bad ones. Thus for example to have a good coach and one bad can be equal to have two normal. Nevertheless having more coaches has the advantage of being able to coach to more players at the same time without the efficacy diminish.
  • Players potential: This ability of the players is very important to determine the improvement of the abilities in the training. There are players that have a lot of talent and other that by a lot coach they cannot improve.
  • Type of Training: The skills rise speed depends on which skill is trained. Trainings that improve a set of skills are slower than specific skill trainings. Also, more important skills improve faster than less important ones.



Types of planning

It can be elected two ways to plan the training of the players. Only one of them will be kept in mind in the training. Can change from one to another at any moment.

General Training
It thought for managers with little time. Planning of the training in a general way. You can select that days there will be training and that players will train. All they will train the same type of training and to the same intensity.

Personal training
Designed for managers who want a more specific training program. Planning training in more detail per player and per day.

If you select a day of the week it will show all of your players with their personal training for each player.

When you select a player it wil show all the days and the personal training of that player for each day of the week.
