The teams, besides players, hire several types of employees who perform different tasks:
- Make Head Coach:
He is the Main coach of the team. You can only have one.
- Assistant Coach:
The assistant coaches help the main coach to train the players. It is recommended to hire so many coaches you help as the players be desired to train if itself is not desired to lose efficacy in the training. The level of the average professionalism of all the coaches will determine the effectiveness of the players' training. There isn't a maximum limit for these employees.
- Goalkeepers trainers:
The goalkeepers coaches help to train `keeper´. The average professionalism of these trainers will determine the training efficiency. There is no limit for the number of goalkeepers trainers you can hire.
- Physical Trainer:
The physical coaches coach the physical condition of the players. The level of the average professionalism of all the physical coaches will determine the efficacy of the training of the players. There is not a number maximum limit for these employees.
- Sports Director:
It takes charge of negotiating the acquisitions of players among teams. A team that have a sports director with high professionalism will favor at the moment of to do acquisitions or to convince players of be not gone. A team can only hire a sports director.
- Psychologist :
- Doctors:
Hiring a doctor will help your injuried players to recover faster. The recovery time depends on the doctors professionalism. You can only hire one doctor.
- Physiotherapists:
Thanks to the physical therapist the injurys will be less severe.
- Economist:
- Scouts:
The talent scouts take charge of seeking promising youth players. A team can hire as many talent scouts as the amount fo youths they want each week.
Employees have a salary to be paid at the very moment of their recruitment and then once a week in each weekly update.
The professionalism of the employees determines the efficacy in the work that correspond him. And the employees with greater professionalism normally will have a greater salary.
